Lemme warn y’all – my left hand is feeling some kind of way due to a rather unpleasant wasp sting. While I’d love to run it under some cold water, get it cleaned up, and all that nice stuff, my wee little burg is dealing with a substantial water main break. Thankfully I’m prepared for such things, but none of this was written on my “to do” list for today.

Oooooooo Ouch! Wasps serve no purpose except food for Bluejays and they have other food. There must be some kind of message there since you got stung on the day you are rationing water. We are about to get too much water on the coast. If you want, I can send some your way!

Well, it’s the 6th sting this year. It’s a whole story. Been a very active year of learning from the insect realm. Will be writing more about it soon.
